CDC and CPCS Transcom were invited as a joint team to evaluate the tenders KPA had already issued to some preselected bidders for a contract management of the container terminal at the Port of Mombasa. The contract was for a two year operation.

We undertook the evaluation of proposals from the various port operators including two leading ports in Europe. Port of Felixstowe in the UK was selected as the winner of the contract. We further prepared and negotiated the contract with the new operators. Further we witnessed the signing of the contract between the Port of Felixstowe and Kenya Ports Authority.
