Management Information Systems Review for Micro-Enterprise Support Programme (MESPT)
To co-ordinate its operations and in order to facilitate planning, monitoring and management functions, MESP instituted a Management information system and an accounting system which was conceptualized, designed and partly implemented. The assignment involved a diagnostic review of the MIS and assessment of its compliance with the terms of reference; and further we appraised the additional MIS needs as suggested in Phase III including preparation of the necessary terms of reference
We were contracted to carry out a diagnostic review for the Management Information Systems (MIS) implemented in MESP in the two phases and assess whether it was in accordance with the terms of reference. In addition we appraised the additional MIS needs as suggested in phase III and prepared the necessary terms of reference for its implementation.
