CDCI model for organization development is aimed at ensuring that our client’s performance is effective, efficient and is relevant to its owners.
Our model consists of three interlinked assessments: environment; capacity; and motivational factors.
The environmental assessment includes the administrative/legal structure, political, social/cultural, technological, economic and stakeholders. The organizational capacity factors include strategic leadership, structure, human resources, finance, program/services, infrastructure, technology, and inter-organizational linkages. For the organizational motivation, we assess the mission, vision and values of the organization.
