John has over 25 year’s professional experience in human resource. He has undertaken various projects in development of strategic plans; job evaluation using various evaluation techniques; salary survey and implementation of results; organization development, facilitation in the implementation of Human Resource Management System; facilitation of change management process in organizations; designing and implementation of organizational culture change programs; development of human resources plans and procedure manuals; recruitment; designing and installing performance systems and training needs assessment. He is a Master’s degree holder in Economics and Bachelors on the same from the University of Nairobi.
