Norman Muchori
Norman is a civil/water engineer with over 20 years with extensive experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and management; business development for water infrastructure and facilities. His experience in O&M and management of water facilities includes O&M Engineer, O&M Manager, Regional Manager and Deputy Chief Operations Manager in Ministry of Water Development and National Water Utility Management Organization (NWCPC). In addition, Norman has technical expertise in infrastructure planning, pre and feasibility studies, project scheduling, project phasing, designs and construction/implementation works. He has sound experience working on World Bank funded projects as well as projects funded by other major international donors such as kfw, African Development Bank, SIDA, DANIDA, USAID, SNV Netherlands, etc.
Norman has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He is also a certified Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) Specialist and certified Project Financing Specialist (PPPs).
