This was an urgent mission for the review of the project as it was experiencing financial problems in its implementation. IFAD wanted a full financial management review covering all aspects including procurement and the processing of the reimbursement claims by the project from the loan account. The assignment also included recommending appropriate financial management systems for implementation to ensure proper financial controls for the remaining part of the implementation of the project.
